Württemberg and Baden in Germany

Issue:

Increasing brix levels in the grapes.

Application:

Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University applied 1 litres per Ha every 7-10 days to maintain the required sugar levels for wine production.

Results:

Brix Builder enhanced the sugar content of grapes during the poor summer of 2012. Levels were maintained above the required 22° with 3 applications and even lifted levels to 24° in some of the samples.
